What is the Policy for Changes to Scandinavian Airlines Flight?

SAS flights can be changed up to 1 hour before departure. If it is an award flight you may be able to modify it till the time your flight departs. How Do I Make Changes to Scandinavian Airlines Flights?

SAS Airlines flights can be changed by finding the flight summary on MyTrips. Alternatively, if it is Award flight, you may find the flight summary with your EuroBonus number or email ID. Just remember that you can change a regular booking up to 1 hour before departure. Here are a few tips you will find useful when you are looking for a change.

• Award bookings or bookings acquired with EuroBonus - They can be changed within 1 hour of departure.
• Bid for upgrades from Premium to Business can be made up to 25 hours before departure - For flights within Europe.

Are there Charges on Changing Scandinavian Airlines Flights?

• Business Flex, Economy Flex and Premium Flex will require you to pay no Scandinavian Airlines change flight fee.

How can I get a Same-day Change on Scandinavian Airlines?

Prior to 1 October, 2025 only SAS Plus Pro ticket holders could get a Scandinavian Airlines same day flight change. But in the new fare set-up, passengers with Flex tickets in Economy, Premium and Business can get a same-day flight change. Here are the conditions that apply for this.

• Availability of flights on the same-day - You may be able to change to an earlier or later day depending on whether a flight is available.
• Same-day flight changes only for Europe travel - Changes on the same day may be available only within Europe.
• Same-day change only for those who have used SAS mobile app for check-in - Flex ticket holders in Economy, Premium and Business who have completed check-in online.
